Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver bakery products to retail stores, cafes, restaurants, and other customers.
• Load and unload bakery products onto delivery vehicles, ensuring orders are accurate.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes for timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing concerns.
• Maintain delivery records, including manifests, invoices, and signatures.
• Adhere to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Communicate delivery issues to Bakery Manager or supervisor.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging of orders before delivery.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and delivery areas.
• Collaborate with bakers and team to support daily production and delivery.

Bakery Driver - Brick Oven Bakery

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bakery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh baked goods to customers, retail locations, and business partners throughout the local service area. This position plays an important role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality bakery products on time and with exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver bakery products to retail stores, cafes, restaurants, and other customers.
• Load and unload bakery products onto delivery vehicles, ensuring orders are accurate and products are handled with care.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery manifests, invoices, and customer signatures.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, food handling procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate any delivery issues, delays, product shortages, or customer concerns to the Bakery Manager or designated supervisor.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, staging, and organizing bakery orders prior to delivery.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery's storage, delivery, and work areas.
• Work closely with bakers and team members to support daily production and delivery needs.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
