The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Part-time position with competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery driver experience preferred; food service or bakery experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer orders.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bakery products to retail stores, cafes, restaurants, and other customers.
• Load and unload bakery products onto delivery vehicles, ensuring orders are accurate.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes for timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing concerns.
• Maintain delivery records, including manifests, invoices, and signatures.
• Adhere to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Communicate delivery issues to Bakery Manager or supervisor.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging of orders before delivery.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and delivery areas.
• Collaborate with bakers and team to support daily production and delivery.
