Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service, greeting customers with a smile and making every interaction a positive one, whether at the counter or elsewhere in the store.
• Prepare your work area and equipment for donut finishing at the start of each shift.
• Remove donuts and rolls from the freezer and prepare them for finishing, including placing danishes and cinnamon rolls in the proof box.
• Heat donuts and rolls in the oven prior to glazing or icing, then ice and garnish for the donut case.
• Review special orders and prepare them as needed.
• Prepare icings and the glazing area for the following day.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout your shift.
• Maintain strict adherence to personal hygiene and dress standards.
• Report to work when scheduled and on time.
