Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an on‑site Bakery Team Member in Franklin, TN. The role supports bakery operations, including receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

You will help maintain clean display areas, manage stock, and follow health and safety standards throughout the shift. Experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean and appealing.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
