Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Experience supervising bakery team members is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Bakery Team Members.
• Works with Bakery Trainer to train Team Members for a high-performance team.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using checklists and materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
