Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store via honest communication.
• Work together with store teams to ensure smooth flow of products and service in bakery.
• Assist in the planning, organization, and direction of Bakery Department activities.
• Know and cost out all material to determine proper retails.
• Develop and train department personnel through company programs.
• Teach fundamentals of bakery production including mixing, scaling, proofing, baking, frying and finishing.
• Maintain department records and coordinate with other departments as needed.
