• Assist in planning and directing Bakery Department activities.

• Support development and training of department personnel through coaching.
• Teach fundamentals of bakery production: mixing, scaling, proofing, baking, frying, finishing.
• Help maintain department security and policy compliance.
• Monitor competitive activity and protect company interests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of products and service.
• Maintain accurate department records at all times.
