• Develop and train department personnel.
• Teach fundamentals of bakery production (mixing, scaling, proofing, baking, frying, finishing).
• Maintain department records and security.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation.
• Monitor competitive activity and safeguard company interests.
• Maintain high morale and strong customer relations within the department.
