Responsibilities

• Direct, support and supervise all functions for the Bakery department.

• Develop schedules to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Train associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and safety procedures; monitor temperatures and cleanliness.
• Plan and supervise inventory, price changes and budget considerations.
• Partner with management to implement a department business plan and seasonal strategies.
