Job summary

Albrecht Foods in Delafield, WI is hiring for a full-time bakery associate. You will deliver prompt, excellent customer service and assist customers with bread slicing, packaging and pricing accurately.

The role supports a fast-paced team environment and requires learning about daily and sale items to guide purchases. The department operates until 7pm, with responsibilities to close down and prep for morning shift, while maintaining clean work areas and strict food safety standards.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly

#1 responsibility is prompt & excellent customer service

Duties include but are not limited too:

• Friendly, professional & knowledgable
• Slicing Breads to order, packaging and pricing customer purchase correctly and efficiently.
• Working at a fast pace and in a team environment.
• Learning about everyday, sale and special items to assist customers in their purchases.
• The department is open until 7pm. This position will be responsible for closing down the department and prepping it for the morning shift.
• Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to all food safety guidelines.
• Using, cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment.
