WinCo Foods, LLC is seeking a Bakery Department Supervisor to lead day-to-day bakery operations. You will supervise staff, ensure product quality and freshness, and manage inventory and ordering to meet sales and margin goals.

The role requires overseeing customer service, training personnel, and maintaining accurate records while complying with safety and sanitation standards. On-site work is expected in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in a team setting.

• Basic math and weight calculations for inventory and ordering.

• Supervise and train Bakery Department staff; hire and schedule as needed.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor sales, margins, and customer service standards.
• Manage displays, promotions, and end caps for promotions.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and department records.
