Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Houston is seeking a Bakery Department Lead to drive sales, supervise hourly associates, and deliver to members what they love. You will coach the team, ensure quality, safety, and inventory accuracy, and collaborate with other leaders to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months bakery production experience or 6 months supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead bakery team to meet business goals and maintain member service standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specs and seasonality.
• Leverage handheld tech to plan, train, and monitor quality and production.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, inventory accuracy and policy compliance.
