Stauffers of Kissel Hill is hiring for a full-time Bakery Department Manager at Lititz Pike Fresh Foods in Lititz, PA. The role requires flexible day, evening, and weekend availability to support store operations.

You will supervise staff, plan merchandising, ensure correct pricing and labeling, and coordinate with Buying and GM teams. The position offers weekly pay and benefits including health coverage and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bakery or grocery department.
• Ability to perform calculations (discounts, percentages, volumes).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warm kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan merchandising and scheduling with the Buying team.
• Ensure correct pricing and label accuracy.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage breaks.
• Train staff on policies and product knowledge.
• Oversee inventories and assist ordering.
• Operate as a working manager to keep the division running smoothly.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and internal transfers.
• Maintain and operate department equipment.
