Responsibilities

• Lead the bakery department team to deliver on the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Utilize handheld technology to plan production, train staff and ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized bakery area and manage inventory and compliance.
• Coach and develop team members, recruit talent, and promote internal career growth.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and production quality.
