Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team to meet business goals and adhere to policies.
• Maintain knowledge of bakery operations and product specs.
• Use digital tools to plan for and drive sales.
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant work area and inventory.
• Train and develop team, communicate processes and performance expectations.
• Uphold policy compliance and demonstrate integrity in daily tasks
