Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bakery production including decorating, Supervising Associates (Preferred Qualifications)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Bakery department team to meet business goals and member expectations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery products, production specs, and safety standards.
• Utilize handheld tech to plan, train, and monitor product quality and operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the club’s overall success.
