Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Bakery Department Lead in Littleton, CO. You will drive sales and supervise hourly associates to deliver to members what they love, for less, while modeling bakery expertise and collaborating with other team leaders to meet member expectations.

You will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and compliance, using digital tools to plan for sales, and acting as an owner to drive business results.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete all job trainings and assessments if selected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bakery team to deliver on the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the club meets policies and standards.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, safety, sanitation and compliance in the Bakery area.
• Train and develop associates to deliver high quality products to members.
