Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of ten (10) pounds frequently and up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers throughout the store with excellent service and greet every guest.
• Lead Bakery employees, train staff, and ensure proper food handling procedures.
• Create schedules to meet labor goals and maximize production.
• Review production schedules to determine quantity and variety of goods to bake.
• Plan promotions, in-store specials, and seasonal events for bakery.
• Maintain inventory levels, place weekly orders, and ensure correct pricing.
