Qualifications

• Experience in bakery department management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations with focus on quality and service.
• Lead, train, and coach bakery associates.
• Plan and execute daily production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, inventory, and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Address customer concerns and special orders.
