Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.
• Schedules all Bakery associates and oversees training, performance reviews, and new hire interviews.
• Develops merchandising plans and monitors pricing and production amounts.
• Maintains and tracks inventories to calculate gross monthly profits and ensure freshness.
• Ensures department expenses are controlled and standard recipes are followed.
