Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by greeting customers and resolving concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person and creates finished decorated products.
• Decorates cakes and bakery products using designs and recipes.
• Manages department inventories and drives sales and gross profit goals.
• Schedules Bakery associates and oversees training and performance reviews.
• Implements merchandising plans and monitors pricing and production amounts.
• Prepares and tracks inventories and department records.
