Harps Grocery is seeking a Bakery/Deli Clerk to help maintain department operations, assist with staffing and displays, ensure pricing accuracy and inventory control, and uphold safety standards across service counters. You will handle fresh food preparation, customer service with a SMILE program, and support a clean, welcoming environment.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma is preferred, and you must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools.
• Handle replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and returns.
• Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards with proper stocking, displays, and signs.
• Provide fresh food preparation and ensure food safety standards are followed.
