Job summary

Under the department manager, you will stock, label, and inventory items, manage temperatures, assist with packing, and keep the bakery and deli area welcoming.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math.
• Ability to obtain current food handlers permit once employed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items per customer requests using bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Maintain proper temperatures and temperature logs.
