Job summary

SpartanNash in Litchfield, MN is seeking a friendly Deli/Bakery Associate for a part-time role. You will prepare, package, label, display, and stock deli and bakery items while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Follow safety guidelines, use basic math, read and interpret recipes, and coordinate with store teams to meet merchandising plans. Prior retail or food-service experience is preferred. Benefits start for part-time with eligible healthcare and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Retail or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, fry, package, display, and stock deli/bakery products to plan.
• Package and label products according to program plan.
• Merchandise products according to merchandising plan.
• Stock backroom and rotate/dating cases and buckets.
• Communicate tasks and weights to associates; follow safety and cleaning guidelines.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
