Qualifications

• Must be able to perform math calculations including totals and discounts.

• Founded on food safety standards and proper handling.
• Ability to train and mentor bakery/deli staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage department budgets and sales targets.
• Lead guest service program for department teammates.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and supervision of bakery/deli team.
• Conduct department meetings on merchandising, planning, and operations.
• Train and mentor staff on slicer, oven, fryers, and mixers.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the department and equipment.
