Responsibilities

• Inform customers of bakery and/or deli specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment according to company guidelines and recipe instructions.
• Prepare, package, label, and inventory ingredients in merchandise.
• Check product quality for freshness and review sell-by dates.
• Maintain proper temperatures and temperature logs in cases and coolers.
• Maintain inventory, stock, and labeling; report discrepancies to management.
