• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment—refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens—per guidelines.
• Prepare foods according to logs and cooking instructions.
• Measure and mix ingredients with kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Label and inventory ingredients; ensure accurate stock.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates.
• Maintain temperature logs and proper temperatures in cases and coolers.
• Promote trust and respect among associates and create welcoming environment.
