Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery/deli items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and promotions.
• Provide fresh products and correct portion sizes to reduce shrink.
• Recommend items to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and logs are maintained.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise accurately.
• Maintain store safety standards and follow food safety regulations.
