Job summary

Kroger in Layton, FL is seeking a Grocery Clerk (Bakery/Deli) to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a safe, clean environment, and assist the department manager in achieving sales goals. You will prepare bakery items per customer requests, offer samples, and inform customers about specials.

You will follow food safety guidelines, operate bakery equipment, monitor temperatures, and help with inventory and stocking while supporting the department to meet customer needs and drive store

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with fresh products that they have ordered and the correct portion size.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to customers to ensure they get the products they want and need.
