Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery/deli items per customer requests.

• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs and desires.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare foods following recipes and temperature logs.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Maintain safe and clean environment and proper temperatures.
