Responsibilities

• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of bakery/deli specials and promotions.
• Provide fresh products in correct portion sizes to minimize shrink.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Label and inventory ingredients and products.
• Ensure proper temperatures and maintain logs for cases and coolers.
• Support management and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.
