Job summary

• Recommend bakery/deli items to customers to meet their needs.
• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Maintain correct food temperatures and logs; follow recipes.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
