Job summary

• Recommend products to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Operate bakery equipment (refrigerators, slicers, ovens) per guidelines.
• Follow temperature logs and cooking instructions for safety.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Maintain product temperatures and temperature logs; ensure proper storage.
• Comply with food safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
