• Prepare items per customer requests using bakery equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of bakery and deli specials.
• Provide customers with ordered products, ensuring correct portion sizes.
• Recommend deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
• Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
• Follow food safety and temperature logs during food preparation.
• Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients per recipes.
• Package, label, and inventory ingredients and products.
• Check product quality and freshness, review "sell by" dates.
• Use kitchen equipment properly, including refrigerators, slicers, ovens, etc.
• Stock and label merchandise; report discrepancies.
• Understand store layout and assist customers in locating products.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
• Monitor inventory conditions and ensure proper storage temperatures.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers.
