- Use bakery equipment per company guidelines, including refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens.
- Prepare foods following temperature logs and cooking instructions.
- Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients using appropriate utensils and equipment.
- Properly prepare, package, label, and inventory ingredients.
- Check product quality, review "sell by" dates, and take necessary actions.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
- Report discrepancies in product ordering or shipping.
- Understand store layout and assist customers in locating products.
