Responsibilities

• Use bakery equipment (refrigerators, ovens, slicers) per guidelines
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and recipes
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers and log checks
• Assist customers and maintain a welcoming store environment
