Sam's Club in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking a Cake Decorator to support member service and bakery operations. You will work with associates to ensure items meet quality and customer expectations while following recipes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, and ensures customer service is delivered.
• Expert: Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follows recipes, uses decorating bags and nozzles for flowers and lettering, and maintains food safety and inventory.
• Techie: Uses digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and support production, training and product quality.
• Owner: Drives bakery performance, maintains quality and date control, prepares for seasonal events, assists members with purchasing decisions, and resolves member issues.
• Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, promotes high-quality service, mentors others, and fosters a respectful, team-oriented culture.
