Job summary

Sam's Club in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Cake Decorator to deliver strong member service and create bakery items that align with brand quality. You will work with a team to ensure the bakery meets member expectations, decorate with bags, tips and nozzles, and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning productions for consistency, managing inventory, and supporting seasonal events, while using handheld devices to assist in ordering and training for a seamless shopping

Qualifications

• 6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate others on tools, tasks and resources, and provides customer service.
• Be an Expert: plans bakery productions, ensures quality and accuracy of designs, follows recipes and uses decorating bags, tips and nozzles.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld tech to drive sales, production decisions, training and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: maintains bakery quality, date control, waste reduction, seasonal event prep and member assistance.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: models high service, mentors others and fosters a respectful, team-oriented environment.
