• SERVICE: Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued, ensuring product availability, freshness, quality and value.
• LEADERSHIP: Promote teamwork and clear communication, adhering to laws and company policies.
• FINANCIAL: Monitor inventory and product quality, assist with display, packaging and discarding per guidelines to reduce shrink.
• COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: Follow food safety, safety procedures, and wage/hour policies; report hazards and incidents.
