Qualifications

• 0-1 years produce/grocery experience preferred.
• 1 year experience in bakery setting preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display bakery items in an appealing, organized manner.
• Rotate products to ensure FIFO and maintain freshness.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality and freshness.
• Remove damaged or expired items to uphold quality.
• Maintain high standards of product handling throughout shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting baked goods.
• Provide information on various baked goods.
• Answer customer inquiries and relay issues to leadership.
• Keep bakery area clean and sanitized, including display bins and shelves.
• Remove products not meeting quality standards per store policy.
• Communicate with management about inventory, sales, and issues.
• Ensure accurate pricing and labeling; update price tags as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
