Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is looking for a Baker/Crew Member in Colorado. The role supports guest experience, bakes donuts and bakery items, and works with a team to meet brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and cleanliness, adhering to uniform standards, and learning multiple tasks. Competitive hourly pay with available benefits after eligibility and hours worked.

Formación

• Must have basic computer skills; some online training may be required.
• Have basic math skills to count money and make change.
• Physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive in a timely manner and be ready at the start of your shift.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity to team members and guests.
• Follow store communication guidelines.
• Respond positively to coaching and show a passion for learning.
• Handle responsibilities on shift and be able to multitask.
• Receive training in baking functions and prepare donuts and bakery items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
