Description

• Provide customer service for the bakery case, including answering questions, selecting products, packaging, and handing to the customer with a smile.
• Maintain bakery case for product quality, expiration dates, and visual aesthetics.
• Ensure products are stocked, faced, clean, and fresh at all times.
• Prepare bakery products, maintaining quality assurance standards and consistency of finished products.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and "smile first" customer service attitude.
• Observe sanitation protocols.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures, including checking with the department manager at the beginning and end of shifts.
• May include covering some breaks/shifts as a barista in the coffee bar.
• Assist in bakery product preparation, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to lift objects up to 20 pounds and stand or walk for more than 4 hours per day.
