Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to count and record.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Stay organized and keep up with the pace of a busy bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide warm, helpful service at the bakery counter.
• Assist customers in locating products and taking orders.
• Monitor freshness, appearance, and stock levels throughout shifts.
• Prepare and replenish baked goods and manage items from cooler/freezer.
• Maintain sanitation and a clean, organized workspace.
