Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of bakery products, prices, recipes, and uses.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 25–100 pounds; frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

• Provide service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Assist customers with orders and suggestive selling.
• Weigh, wrap, and process bakery orders.
• Answer phones and take orders when needed.
• Set up displays to promote sales.
• Stock, display, and merchandize bakery goods per standards.
• Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, counters, and floors.
• Follow FIFO for leftover products and proper labeling.
