Job summary

Suffield Village Market is seeking a friendly bakery associate to deliver outstanding customer service and assist with daily bakery operations in a retail setting. You will develop product knowledge, prepare and package bakery items to quality standards, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a flexible schedule to meet store needs. Prior bakery or retail experience is a plus.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Cleaning of workspace and necessary items, machines, and utensils
• Complete other tasks at the discretion of the bakery and store managers
• Support and comply with all company safety/security standards

• Ability to work in different temperature control climate, indoor/ outdoor
• Use of machinery to include slicer, oven, knifes, deep fryer , steamer and wrapper
