Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a friendly bakery associate to greet guests, bake and price items, and maintain freshness across the bakery department. You will help with front-end duties, stocking, and responding to guest requests to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires teamwork, reliable communication, and the ability to lift bags and boxes. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to stand for extended periods while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
