Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC in Wendell, NC, is seeking a friendly bakery associate to provide guest service, prepare products for sale, and maintain quality and freshness across the bakery department.

You will perform cake decorating when needed, assist with receiving and stocking, and ensure sanitation, stocking, and smooth front-end operations to minimize guest wait times.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of bakery operations.

• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the Store Manager and Merchandiser.
• Ability to work well with computers.
