Job summary

Fiesta Mart is hiring a Bakery Clerk at Store 068 Dallas Abrams. Under direct supervision from the Bakery Manager, you will provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced bakery and assist with daily tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and taking special orders.

Requirements include reading and writing in Spanish and English, basic PC/Outlook skills, and a willingness to lift up to 60 pounds. This is a store job offering benefits and opportunities within the Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and short memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information clearly to customers and coworkers.
• Apply common sense to detailed instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently 25–45 pounds, occasionally 45–60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service in the Bakery department.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases and take special orders.
• Clean and stock displays, rotate self-serve displays.
• Collaborate with the Baker to determine items to bake or decorate.
• Help maintain department cleanliness and safety.
