You will answer questions, assist with orders, maintain safety standards, and help keep displays stocked and prices accurate. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to delivering friendly service and a clean, welcoming bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery or customer service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items.
• Answers member calls and takes special orders.
• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following charts.
• Packages freshly baked goods and labels items as needed.
• Rotates and stores bakery products per safety guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of bakery equipment.
