Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Bakery Team Member to proof and bake items, stock displays and assist customers in a fast-paced bakery area. The role involves following product handling guidelines, operating bakery equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following each item’s product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department.
• Packages freshly baked goods and labels items with accurate pricing.
